About the event

Healthy snacks provides needed nutrients for your child to grow. Children need a steady supply of nutrients to fuel their bodies and brains so that they grow and develop properly. It's recommended that children have at least two nutritious snacks each day.

Snacks help manage kids' hunger and boost nutrition. Snacks can also keep them from getting so hungry that they get cranky. And for picky eaters of all ages, snacks are a chance to add more nutrients to their diets.

This class equips your domestic staff with new and delicious snack recipes along with menu planning tips to keep the snacks flowing at home.

1. Chunky Monkey Banana Bites: 

This snack is great for toddlers and young children on the go! Filled with nutrients, and full of flavor.
