This dynamic 3-day training equips nannies with tools and practical skills to consistently engage your growing tot.  From techniques to manage big emotions to activities introducing your child to science & nature, this training contains many tips and tools to enable your nanny to create a stimulating and positive environment for your toddler.

As our little ones enter their toddler years, it is hard to deny the rapid pace at which they process information! From their physical development to their ever-increasing language capabilities, toddlers bring a new set of caregiving questions to this developmental stage.

Strong Start's Tots training is specifically designed with these new complexities in mind.

6. Managing stress as a caregiver
