About The Event
Strong Start's P.E. Class brings movement, dexterity, balance and strengthening into fun sports activities for children aged 3Y - 5Y.
Activities are thoughtfully design to give children exposure in team work, body awareness, hand-eye coordination, dexterity and movement.
What to Pack:
1. Children to wear loose and comfortable clothing, with shoes that they can run in
2. A full change of clothing for your child
3. Water bottle
Classroom Details:
1. This is an indoor playgroup
2. Children are not required to have a caregiver present
3. Children should be potty trained, or in pullups during class.
4. If your child displays any cold, flu, or covid symptoms, please keep them home
